Dan York

Dan York serves as the Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO at the Internet Society, where responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to the President & CEO, managing communications, and overseeing high-priority projects. York has held various leadership positions within the organization, contributing to initiatives related to emerging technologies, Internet resilience, and policy analysis. Additionally, York is involved with Climatebase as a Fellow, chairs the Voice Over IP Security Alliance, and has authored numerous articles and content related to technology and communications. Previous roles also encompass significant positions at Voxeo, Mitel Corporation, and other organizations, leading communication strategies and tech evaluations. York holds a BA in German with a concentration in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
