Debra Flieder

Debra Flieder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in knowledge management and leadership within various sectors. Currently serving as a Climatebase Fellow at Climatebase, Debra is involved in a climate career accelerator program. Previously, as the Director of the Dallas Shambhala Meditation Center, Debra oversaw the administration of a non-profit organization while managing its digital communications. In earlier roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and EY, Debra specialized in implementing knowledge management platforms, enhancing organizational access to valuable content, and driving knowledge-sharing initiatives. With a master's degree in Library and Information Science from The University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Clark University, Debra combines strong analytical skills with a passion for information sharing and community education.
