Erica Halvorson

Erica Halvorson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, partnerships, and strategic growth across various sectors. Currently serving in Distributor Partnerships at Choco and as a Climatebase Fellow with Climatebase, Erica has previously held significant roles at Hustle, where recognized achievements included being the #1 Representative by ARR and number of new logos in 2021 and 2022. At Meltwater, Erica advanced through multiple roles, including Senior Director and Account Executive, and played a pivotal role in developing training programs, client strategies, and mentoring new hires, achieving notable accolades such as Global Top 10 in revenue generated. Early career experiences include social media marketing at Brave UX, communications at Friends of the Global Fight Against AIDS, and health education with Peer Health Exchange. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication and Public Health from The George Washington University.
