Kashif Sohail is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in driving innovative solutions in sustainability and customer engagement. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Caremiles Inc since June 2021, Kashif has led the development of a Sustainability-as-a-Service platform, utilizing Big Data and behavioral analytics to help businesses implement effective ESG strategies. Kashif’s dedication to climate action is further evidenced by the selection as a Climatebase Fellow in May 2023. Previously, Kashif held various senior leadership roles at Mastercard, including Vice President of Loyalty Solutions and Regional Lead for Global Key Accounts, where strategic marketing and data analytics played crucial roles in enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth. Additionally, leadership experience at Barclays Bank included directing consumer banking and marketing operations to optimize product offerings. Kashif holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Southeastern University.
