Pete Sung

Pete Sung serves as the Director of Strategy and Operations at Eltropy since March 2025 and is currently a Climatebase Fellow since May 2023, focusing on climate solutions education and market research. Sung previously held the position of Senior Manager of Customer Success Strategy and Operations at Motive, where significant advancements in global Customer Success operations were achieved. Past experience includes a role at Slack as the Success Services Programs Lead, and a Senior Manager in Professional Services at Medallia, overseeing major client implementations. Sung’s foundational career involved analytics and consulting work with Blue Ridge Partners and various internships. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from UCLA Anderson and a Bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College, complemented by studies at the Università degli Studi di Firenze.
