Sally Madsen

Sally Madsen is a seasoned design strategist with extensive experience in innovation and social impact. Currently serving as Vice President of Design Strategy at Fidelity Investments and Design Strategy Practice Lead at Fidelity Consulting, Sally focuses on attracting new customers and improving financial services. Previous roles include Director of Design Strategy at Fidelity Labs, where Sally worked on enhancing lives through innovative solutions, as well as a Senior Design Lead at IDEO, leading projects aimed at social impact in education. Sally co-founded Cosmos Ignite Innovations and Ignite Innovations, creating solar lighting solutions for developing countries. As a First Mover Fellow at The Aspen Institute since 2010, Sally engages in fostering positive organizational change. Education includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
