Stephen Hale

Stephen Hale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on sustainability and climate action. Serving as Chief Architect at Climate Catalyst since March 2021, Hale previously held the same position at Global Climate Collaborative for a brief period in early 2021. As Chief Executive at Refugee Action from February 2015 to February 2021, Hale demonstrated commitment to humanitarian efforts. Additionally, Hale contributed as a Board Member at Samworth Foundation from June 2016 to May 2019 and served as a Trustee at Friends of the Earth between May 2014 and May 2018. Academically, Hale holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from Middlesex University and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Development Studies from The University of Manchester.
