WHO WE ARE: ClimateFast, is a dedicated volunteer group that strives to build political will and to persuade politicians to work toward urgent and substantial action on climate change.
 
WHAT DOES CLIMATEFAST DO: 
Climatefast believes we need to act on climate fast. 

We are in a crisis and need coordinated action for deep cuts in carbon emissions. 

We must end fossil fuel subsidies, put a price on carbon and transition towards renewable energy.
 
We strive to build political will and persuade politicians to work towards urgent and substantial action on climate change. We sit down with elected officials at all levels of government and advocate for action on climate change.

We also engage Canadians through public education events such as our film series and we provide workshops on deputation, writing letters to the editor and speaking with elected representatives.
 
The effects of climate change are already being felt and together we can push politicians to take serious action on climate.
