James Grafton

James Grafton is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and business strategy. Currently serving as a Director of Partner Engineering for both Horizon Worlds and the Metaverse at Meta, Grafton also holds advisory roles at ClimateHound and Cardii.io. As a Snr Director at Zwift, Grafton specialized in game, mobile, web, QA, and LiveOps engineering. Additionally, Grafton is an angel investor and has helped various startups grow through strategic insight and investment. Grafton earned a first-class degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex and completed secondary education at Hampton School.
