Juan Espinosa is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industries. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at ClimateMaster, Inc. since October 2020, Juan focuses on new product development and project management throughout the entire development cycle. Previously, Juan held various roles at Danfoss Commercial Compressors from January 2015 to October 2020, including Lead Product Engineer and Product Engineer, where responsibilities included mentoring teams, validating designs, and enhancing existing product lines. Juan's career began at Danfoss Industries S.A. de C.V. as a Product and Design Engineer, followed by a Product Engineering Intern role, leading to a solid foundation in engineering design and process optimization. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
