Samantha Tannahill

Executive Assistant to CEO & Chair at ClimateWorks Australia

Sam provides high-level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chair. She contributes over two decades of experience in office administration and was one of the first to join the Climateworks team. Her role spans diary management for the CEO and Chair, organising events, travel and accommodation, venues, catering and management of budgets, databases, and correspondence.

Sam also works with other team members, liaises between Climateworks and Monash University and supports staff to understand and use administrative systems.

Prior to Climateworks, Sam worked as Institute Secretary and Secretary to the Director at Newcastle University’s Research Institute as well as Secretary to Head of Adult Services for Local Council.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Manufacturing Operations Management from the University of Sunderland (Sunderland, UK).
