Nik Wekwerth

Nik Wekwerth is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in customer success, telecommunications, embedded software, and SaaS. Currently serving as a Customer Success Advisor at Keebo since September 2023, Wekwerth also contributes pro-bono expertise to Climatiq. As a self-employed consultant, Wekwerth aids early-stage startups in establishing effective customer success practices. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Success at Buildkite, where revenue and workforce grew significantly, and Director of Customer Success at SolarWinds, overseeing various functions during the launch of Librato, a company founded by Wekwerth that was later acquired by SolarWinds. Academic qualifications include an MBA from IESE Business School and an MSC in Electrical Engineering from Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
