Marcello Serra

Marcello Serra has extensive experience in quality management, currently holding the position of Quality Manager at Climaveneta since 2012, where responsibilities include claim management, continuous improvement, and training in 8D methodologies. Additionally, Marcello has been a Quality Manager at Baxi S.p.A. since 2002 and has held a similar role at BAXI SPA since July 1998. During the earlier tenure, Marcello also served as Raw Material Logistics Manager, overseeing material requirements planning, supplier relations, and warehouse management. Education includes a Master’s degree in Production and Logistics from CUOA Business School, completed in 1997.
