Alex Baldassano

Alex Baldassano has an extensive work experience in the energy sector. Alex currently serves as the Global Head of Energy Transition at Climavision since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Energy Management, Americas at Wood Mackenzie from 2019 to 2021. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Managing Director at Genscape, Inc. Alex was the Co-Founder and Managing Director, Renewable Energy at GP Renewables & Trading from 2010 to 2016. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Portfolio Manager, Carbon at Natsource Asset Management, a leader in the environmental markets.

Alex Baldassano received their MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business in 2013. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Haverford College.
