Caroline Love

Caroline Love has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. In 2020, they joined Climax Foods as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to this, they were the Founder of Caroline Love Consulting from 2017 to 2020, where they acted as an advisor and growth consultant to mission-driven, plant-based food companies, and venture capital groups investing in sustainable food. From 2015 to 2017, they were an Associate Producer and Board Member at The Game Changers, a film which tells the story of an elite special forces trainer on the quest for the truth behind the world's most dangerous myth. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Vice President of Operations and Director of Corporate Partnerships at JUST, where they were the first full-time sales hire and built out the supply chain for Just Mayo launch. Finally, from 2006 to 2013, they worked at WACH FOX as an Anchor and Reporter, where they were hired as a college senior as the lead anchor and producer for the weekend evening news show and was later promoted to main anchor of the top-rated morning news program.

Caroline Love attended Stanford University, where they completed a course called "The Entrepreneur's Toolkit" in 2013, focusing on the financial underpinnings of a startup. Caroline also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina, with a focus on Journalism and Mass Communications and Theatre.
