Louis Damas

Louis Damas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Louis started their career as a Stagiaire at the Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris (BSPP), where they gained insights into the operations and logistics of the fire brigade. In 2020, they joined AnalysR as a Chef de projet - Data, demonstrating their skills in project management and data analysis. Simultaneously, they worked as a Business Developer at JABB, contributing to the company's growth and expansion. In 2021, Louis worked as a Réalisateur at Centrale Lille Projets before taking on the role of CEO Right Hand at Climb in early 2022. At Climb, they supported the co-founders in their daily work, managed the budget, participated in executive meetings, prepared for fundraising, improved tools and processes, managed press relations, and handled recruitment in the asset management department. Overall, Louis has shown versatility and adaptability in their professional journey.

Louis Damas attended Centrale Lille from 2020 to 2023, where they pursued a degree in Engineering. Before that, from 2018 to 2020, they attended Lycée Raspail Paris, where they completed the Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles (CPGE) program, focusing on Math Sup and Math Spé. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, Louis studied at Collège Stanislas Paris, specializing in Mathematics. Apart from their formal education, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Project Management from MOOC Gestion de Projet.
