James H. Winch III

James Winch joined ClimeCo in 2009. He has over 30 years of engineering, operations, and project management experience. Jim leads all functions related to N2O emissions abatement system projects, including project management, project evaluation, regulatory matter, and performance monitoring.

As a founding staff member of ClimeCo, Jim led the design and development of the firm’s proprietary CAR N2O offset software. He continues to expand this resource to identify opportunities to innovate and to assure the delivery of high-quality products and services to regulated and nonregulated market participants.

Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in business management from the California Coast University. He spends his spare time with his family, actively engaged with his grandchildren’s sports schedules, and supporting his daughter’s soccer coaching.
