Kate Dmytrenko is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in external communications, public relations, and integrated marketing strategies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of External Communications for North America at Climeworks, Kate has previously held notable positions such as Account Director at LaunchSquad and Global Communications Strategist at 3M. With a strong focus on climate tech, advanced biomaterials, and venture capital, Kate has developed compelling communication strategies across various sectors. Notable achievements include managing influencer relations, creating integrated communication plans, and enhancing DEI initiatives. Kate holds a BA in Print Journalism with a minor in Environment, Society, and Culture from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
