Kenneth McVey Do

Kenneth McVey, DO, currently serves as the EMS Physician-Operation Medical Director at Richlands Fire-Rescue and a Family Medicine Physician at Clinch Valley Health, both positions held since June 2021. Additionally, Kenneth McVey is a Medical Examiner for the Virginia Department of Health and has been an EMT-Enhanced for Richlands Fire & Rescue and Lebanon Lifesaving Crew since 2013 and 2012, respectively. Kenneth McVey completed residency in Family Medicine at East Tennessee State University from May 2018 to June 2021, and obtained a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Chemistry from King University in 2013. Previous roles include Patient Visit Specialist at Community Home Care Services and various academic positions at King University, including Executive Secretary for the Student Government and Anatomy and Physiology Lab Assistant. Publications include research on the pesticide neurotoxicity model, Caenorhabditis elegans.
