Nikki Allison is a seasoned social worker with extensive experience in the healthcare and social services sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Medical Social Worker at Clinch Valley Health since August 2018, Nikki previously held the role of Medical Social Worker at both Helping Hands Home Health and Hospice (March 2017 - August 2018) and Clinch Valley Health (April 2008 - March 2017). Earlier career roles include Foster Care/Adoptions worker at Tazewell County Department of Social Services (September 2003 - April 2008) and Mental Health Case Manager/Supportive Living Specialist at Cumberland Mountain Community Services Board (December 2001 - September 2003). Nikki earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree with a minor in Sociology from Appalachian State University between 1998 and 2001.
