Lizzie Gallup has a strong background in account management and media operations. Lizzie started their career at Publicis Health Media in 2017, where they worked as a Media Operations Associate, responsible for financial client deliverables and managing marketing assets. Lizzie later became a Media Operations Manager, contributing to operational responsibilities for advertising campaigns and project managing financial deliverables for multiple brands. In 2021, Lizzie joined ROI·DNA as a Client Services Account Manager, where they developed client relationships, collaborated with internal teams to provide media strategy and execution, and played a key role in onboarding new clients. Currently, they are working at Clinch as an Account Manager.

Lizzie Gallup completed their Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications with a minor in Professional Sales at Elon University from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, they also attended the American Institute for Foreign Study to study Communication and Media Studies for a brief period. Lizzie Gallup has obtained additional certifications in Conversational Marketing Certified from Drift, as well as Google Ads Display Fundamentals and Google Ads Search Fundamentals from Google, all in July 2021.
