Bill Zhang is an experienced IT and software development professional with a robust background in various technical roles. Currently serving as Associate Vice President, IT and DST, and Executive Director, IT at ClinChoice since May 2020, Bill has previously held significant positions at companies such as Iron Mountain, GSI Commerce, and Siemens Healthcare, focusing on cloud services, software architecture, and Java development. With a strong educational foundation in Computer Software from The Second Academy of National Aerospace Bureau and Xiamen University, Bill has accumulated a diverse skill set that includes C# and .NET development, as well as consulting experience throughout a career dating back to 1998.
