Lorelei Farmer

Lorelei Farmer is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management across multiple companies, including Motorola, Standards of Excellence - Sears, and Enphase Energy. With a career spanning over two decades, Lorelei has developed and implemented HR systems, recruiting processes, and employee onboarding strategies, successfully managing HR functions in both start-up environments and established organizations. Currently retired since May 2018, Lorelei continues to work as event staff at Cline Cellars while contributing extensive expertise in HR practices. Lorelei holds a degree from California State University, Fresno.
