Elsa Giguère

Elsa Giguère has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elsa is currently employed at Clinia as the People and Culture Lead since June 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Consultant at Clinia from January 2020 to June 2022. In 2021, they briefly served as a Culture Ambassador at Rodeo Fx from February to June. Elsa also gained experience as an HR Strategic Partner at ASEQ | Studentcare from May 2020 to February 2021. Before transitioning into the HR field, Elsa worked at SID LEE where they held positions such as Account Executive from July 2018 to October 2019 and Account Coordinator from November 2016 to July 2018. Elsa started their career in the service industry at Groupe Antonopoulos from May 2013 to January 2018. Elsa began their professional journey as an Assistant Manager at ALDO Group from 2009 to 2011.

Elsa Giguère's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Cégep Beauce Appalaches and obtained their DEC in Sciences Humaines, with a focus on Étude des sciences humaines. From 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Certificate in Marketing at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM). Elsa then continued their studies at ESG UQAM, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing / gestion du marketing, général from 2013 to 2016. Most recently, they completed their Master's degree in Science de la Gestion profil Ressources humaines from 2016 to 2019 at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM).
