Renny Magill, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Development at the Clinic for Special Children, responsible for the clinic's comprehensive development efforts, including annual giving and planned giving initiatives. Previously, Renny held the position of Vice President of Development at Brethren Village Retirement Community, managing a team to raise funds for various projects through appeals and events. Renny also served as Vice President of Development at Tel Hai Retirement Community, overseeing fundraising management and participating in the Leadership Team. Earlier roles included Director of Development & Communications at Pennsylvania Environmental Council and Director of Development at Lancaster Farmland Trust, focusing on annual fundraising and grant acquisition. Renny holds an MFA in Art from Penn State University and a BA in Art from Asbury University, along with a high school diploma from Lancaster Mennonite High School.
