Nicolás Bravo Monares

Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a focus on developing collaborative solutions and innovative educational technology. Currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has contributed to the development of hardware and firmware for DViT interactive whiteboards and flat panels. Prior experience includes electronics contracting at the Science Alberta Foundation, where design and repair of educational devices were key responsibilities, and serving as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary, supporting lab instruction and academic assessments. Earlier roles as an electronics engineer at Grindcom involved developing control systems for the forestry industry. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
