Dr. Tara Amini

Dr. Tara Amini is a highly experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Chair of the Membership Committee at the California Academy of Physician Associates since March 2023, and as a Comprehensive Primary Care Provider at Clinica Sierra Vista since December 2022. With a strong background in PA advocacy, Dr. Amini is also the Director at Large for PAs in Virtual Medicine & Telemedicine since June 2022. Previous roles include PA Educator at Loma Linda University Physician Assistant Department until March 2024, and Physician Assistant Certified at Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties and Emergent Medical Associates, among others. Dr. Amini earned a Doctor of Medical Science from the Lynchburg Doctor of Medical Science Program in 2021, a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Loma Linda University in 2006, and a Bachelor's degree in Biopsychology from California State University, Fullerton in 2002.
