Randy Beasley, LMFT, has a diverse range of work experience. Randy started their career as the Men's Ministry Director at Desert Vineyard Fellowship, where they managed various ministry areas and organized worship services and events. Randy then worked as an Outpatient Therapist and School-Based Therapist at Penny Lane Centers, providing therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. Randy also worked as a Wraparound Therapist at PERSONAL INVOLVEMENT CENTER INC, offering individual and family therapy to children and families involved with government agencies. Randy gained experience as a Care Coordinator at Wellpath, conducting trauma-informed assessments, providing therapy, and coordinating mental health services. Randy served as a Telehealth Adult Therapist at Pathways, providing therapy remotely and completing assessments and treatment plans. At Counseling & Psychotherapy Center, they worked as a Risk Assessor/Therapist for sex offender treatment. Randy Beasley, LMFT holds a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Touro University California (2015) and a Master of Arts degree in Theology from Liberty University (2011). Randy also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University in 2008. Additionally, Randy has pursued further certifications and training in various areas, including EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Strength Deployment Inventory, among others. Randy is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist by the State of Alaska's Department of Health, Division of Public Health (DPH) since 2023. Randy is also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by the Board of Behavioral Sciences since 1921 and has received a certification as a CASOMB Practitioner from the California Sex Offender Management Board (CASOMB) in 2020.
