Sarah Wilcox

Sarah Wilcox is an experienced professional currently serving as an Adolescent and Family Differential Response Case Manager at Clinica Sierra Vista since June 2017. In this role, Sarah performs home visits and collaborates with families and adolescents to address challenges including addiction, poverty, and homelessness. Responsibilities include goal setting, providing encouragement, maintaining prompt documentation, and following up with clients to ensure progress. Additionally, Sarah serves as a Health & Wellness Ambassador for Limitless Worldwide LLC and works as an Independent Distributor for Premier Designs, Inc., both since 2016 and 2015 respectively. Education was obtained at Santa Barbara City College.
