Tom Webster

Tom Webster currently serves as the Brand Manager at Clinica Sierra Vista, a position held since January 2023. In addition, Tom is a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Panama-Buena Vista Union School District, beginning in July 2023. Tom's previous experience includes working as a Technology Systems Analyst for The City of Bakersfield from January 2018 to February 2023 and as a Communications Specialist for SEIU Local 521 from August 2012 to January 2018. Tom also owned Makes Things Go from September 2003 to December 2012, where responsibilities included designing and implementing marketing and business development strategies, as well as managing political and social campaigns. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained between 1998 and 1999.
