Catherine Barnett has worked in the customer service and membership industry since 2004. Catherine began their career at Paper Source, where they were promoted to Store Manager after 7 months as a Customer Service Associate. In 2008, they joined Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) as the Director of Membership and User Experience. Catherine then held the roles of Membership Director, Manager of Membership Marketing, Senior Member and Customer Services Manager, and Customer Service and Membership Manager. In their most recent role as Customer Service Manager, they worked closely with key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services and products, and to increase customer satisfaction.
Catherine Barnett attended Wellesley College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a BA in Art History.
