Anthony Gage

Anthony Gage has over 17 years of work experience in various roles focused on business intelligence, analytics, outcomes strategy, and psychometrics. Anthony has worked for companies such as Clinical Education Alliance, Ascend Learning, College of American Pathologists (CAP), Vi-Jon, and SilverStone Group. In their most recent role as the Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics at Clinical Education Alliance, they worked with IT to ensure data infrastructure and integrity, led a team in producing corporate insights and reporting using statistical procedures, and communicated key findings to upper management. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Outcomes Strategy and Analytics at the same company, collaborating with technical teams to import learner data and implementing R code for question analysis. Before joining Clinical Education Alliance, Anthony held positions at Ascend Learning as a Psychometrics Manager and Psychometrician, where they conducted psychometric analyses and supported the development of testing products. Anthony also worked as a Senior Education Research Analyst and Education Research Analyst at the College of American Pathologists (CAP), managing evaluation survey strategies, conducting assessments, and analyzing course evaluation survey data. In earlier roles, they served as a Training Coordinator at Vi-Jon and a Human Resource Consulting professional at SilverStone Group, where they performed salary studies and analyzed job satisfaction survey data.

Anthony Gage holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which was obtained between 2003 and 2005. Anthony also completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they attained a certification in Educational Research Methodology from the University of Illinois at Chicago - Graduate College in 2016.
