Lorie Crenshaw

Dr. Crenshaw attended Samford University’s McWhorter School of Pharmacy, graduating as a Doctor of Pharmacy. She continues to be active in the academic setting acting as a Preceptor for Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN.

Dr. Crenshaw has over 14 years of pharmacy experience in both retail pharmacy and closed door correctional pharmacy. She joined the Clinical Solutions team in 2012 and currently has the responsibility of managing the day to day operations and overall strategic direction of Clinical Solutions’ mail order correctional pharmacy. Dr. Crenshaw is responsible for staff management and scheduling, oversight of daily workflow, distributive pharmacy services, as well as daily clinical functions such as maintenance of patient medication profiles, intervention monitoring, therapeutic evaluation, and formulary optimization.
