The Operations and Management team at Clinicas de Salud del Pueblo is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the functioning of the organization's medical clinics and administrative offices. This team ensures efficient service delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, risk management, development and implementation of telehealth services, and recruitment of staff across Imperial and Riverside Counties. They are also tasked with managing patient experience, healthcare programs like WIC, and IT applications to support the organization's mission of providing accessible healthcare.
