Sarah Conlon

Sarah Conlon, MHA has over 20 years of experience in various healthcare management roles. Sarah is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations at Ventura Orthopedics, where they managed five orthopedic medical clinics and supervised a team of five managers and over 200 employees.

Before joining Ventura Orthopedics, Sarah worked as a Clinic Administrator at LAS ISLAS FAMILY MEDICAL GROUP, A PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION, where they managed a team of physicians and employees and implemented a clinic restructure to improve patient care and efficiency.

Sarah also worked as a Human Resources Manager and Clinic Administrator at Las Islas Family Medical Group, where they implemented compensation programs, developed personnel policies and procedures, and maintained the employee handbook.

Earlier in their career, Sarah worked as a Human Resources Manager at KALSTAR ENTERPRISES, LLC, where they focused on employee relations, performance management, and employee recognition programs. Sarah also worked at People Creating Success, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for strategic planning, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Overall, Sarah's experience in healthcare management includes overseeing operations, implementing process improvements, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Sarah has a strong background in human resources and has contributed to the growth and success of various healthcare organizations.

Sarah Conlon, MHA completed their Master's in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University Global from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from California State University Channel Islands between 2001 and 2003. Sarah also holds additional certifications including SHRM-CP from SHRM and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
