Madison Ivan has had a varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Data Reporting Analyst at Clinician Nexus and a Project Coordinator at The Davey Tree Expert Company. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) in various roles, including Assistant Director of Assessment, Academic Assessment Specialist, and Program Coordinator. As Assistant Director of Assessment, they served as the lead data analyst for the College of Pharmacy and oversaw the College of Pharmacy's assessment program. They also created and presented data dashboards to stakeholders throughout the University. As Academic Assessment Specialist, they conducted analyses to optimize student success, monitored strategic plan progress, and led programmatic accreditation.
Madison Ivan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Master of Arts (MA) in History from Case Western Reserve University between 2010 and 2014. Madison then attended Kent State University from 2014 to 2016, where they earned an Education Specialist (Ed.S) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration. In December 2021, they obtained a Qualtrics CoreXM Certification from Qualtrics, and in December 2022, they obtained an Alteryx Designer Core Certification from Alteryx.
