Jim Breidenstein has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having held various positions since 2000. In 2000, they began their career as Director of Sales for Kyphon, Inc., a disruptive spinal product offering. This position eventually led to a promotion to Vice President and General Manager of Canadian Operations. In 2007, they moved to Neuronetics as Vice President of Sales and Customer Operations, where they devised a commercial launch plan prior to FDA approval of the first-of-its-kind treatment. In 2011, they became Senior Vice President of Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., where they revitalized the struggling organization and increased the commercial footprint from 40 employees to 300. From 2015 to 2017, they served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Surgical Theater, a frontrunner in 3D medical virtual reality visualization software. In 2018, they became President and CEO of BSTEIN Consulting, LLC, helping healthcare companies commercialize from conception to scale. That same year, they also joined Pear Therapeutics as Vice President of Global Commercial Development. Finally, in 2020, they began their current role as Chief Business Officer of CLINICOM, the first and only intuitive, algorithm-driven, virtual pathway to quickly and easily present physicians with a comprehensive guide to a more accurate mental health diagnosis.

Jim Breidenstein attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they completed an Executive Educational Program in Marketing Healthcare Products. Jim also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Buffalo State College.
