Aparna Bala, MSHI, RN, currently serves as the Director of Product Management at CliniComp, having joined the company in January 2023. Prior to this role, Aparna held various positions at AirStrip from 2014 to January 2023, including Vice President of Clinical Effectiveness and Clinical Transformation Consultant, focusing on software integration and clinical education. Experience also includes roles as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Children's National Medical Center from 2011 to 2014 and extensive critical care nursing positions across multiple healthcare facilities, including UCSF Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente. Aparna holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
