Constantina Castellano is an experienced executive in visual merchandising and store design, currently serving as Executive Director of Global Store Design & Visual Merchandising at Clinique since 2018. Prior to this role, Castellano held various senior positions, including Executive Director of Experiential Design for LVMH's MAKE UP FOR EVER, where responsibilities included overseeing visual identity and strategy across multiple regions. Castellano also led global visual merchandising and store design for The Estée Lauder Companies' BeautyBank and successfully established global merchandising guidelines at Kiehl's. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Firmenich, L'Oréal, Vincent Longo, and Trish McEvoy. Castellano holds a Master's degree in Marketing & Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a BA in Graphic Design, Art History, and Psychology from the University of Maryland.
