Keith Clement-Drew

Keith Clement-Drew is an experienced leader in IT support and operations, currently serving as the Head of Support for Clinisys, overseeing the European Service Desk and managing a team across three countries. Previously, Keith held managerial positions at Avara Foods and Fuel3D, where responsibilities included team management, policy development, and customer interaction. Keith’s extensive prior experience includes significant roles at Intel Corporation, BitDefender, RSA, and LogicaCMG, focusing on technical support management and service delivery. Keith holds an Honours degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick.
