Monique Spence has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Monique is currently the Enterprise VP of Sales & Growth Enablement at Clinisys, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Abbott from December 2018 to April 2022. From 2013 to 2018, they served as the Vice President, Sales and Marketing - Equity Partner at QualityStar, where they developed and implemented a successful sales and marketing strategy for the launch of a groundbreaking product. Before that, they were the Regional Sales Director at CareFusion from 2010 to 2013, where they implemented strategies to increase sales and market share. Monique also has experience as the Vice President of Business Development - Partner at First Lady Holdings from 2007 to 2010, where they focused on growing assets and identifying new opportunities in the real estate market. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant/Full-time Mother from 2005 to 2007. Monique's earlier experience includes roles such as Regional Sales Executive at Misys Healthcare Systems from 2002 to 2005, National Sales Director at Sunquest Information Systems from 1999 to 2002, and Technical Marketing Manager at Sunquest Information Systems from 1994 to 1999. Monique began their career as a Senior Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett Packard) from 1987 to 1994, where they played a role in securing multimillion-dollar sales contracts and implementing process improvements.

Monique Spence attended Northeastern University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering - Operations Research.
