Muni Narayan has a diverse and extensive work experience background. They began their career as a Training Specialist at Vodafone in 2009. From there, they went on to work at Afni, Inc. as a Training Program Manager and later as a Senior Training Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in adult learning and performance, implementing new learning strategies, conducting training courses, and managing coaching and performance improvement. They also developed training materials, evaluated the success of training programs, and collaborated with operational stakeholders to enhance performance and customer service.

Narayan then joined Rocket.Chat as a Senior Training and Certification Program Manager, where they continued to excel in training and certification, before being promoted to Head of Education. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Customer Education L&D (Design & Delivery) at Clinisys.

Muni Narayan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Arizona State University. They also have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Economics from Cuvu College. In terms of additional certifications, Muni Narayan obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certificate from Microsoft in June 2023. They also received a Leadership and Management Certificate from The Predictive Index in February 2022. In December 2021, Muni Narayan completed the course "The 4 Lenses of Innovation (getAbstract Summary)" offered by LinkedIn. Additionally, they are a Certified Fierce Facilitator, having obtained the certification from Fierce, Inc. in February 2021. Lastly, Muni Narayan became a Situational Leadership Certified Trainer through The Ken Blanchard Companies in January 2019.
