Silpi Ghosh

Silpi Ghosh has a diverse work experience in the field of People Operations and Human Resources. Silpi is currently serving as the Lead People Operations at Clinisys, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they also worked as the Lead People Operations at Clinisys from April 2020. Silpi Ghosh has also worked at Atlas Healthcare Software as HR & Operations from June 2015 to April 2020. Silpi was responsible for various HR activities including manpower hiring, job descriptions, sourcing channels, interviews, and employee interventions. Before that, Silpi Ghosh worked at ZINFI Software Systems Pvt. Ltd. as Leader - Human Resource from August 2008 to June 2015, where they focused on developing HR policies and procedures, manpower planning, recruitments, and induction programs.
