Stephanie Rittmiller

Stephanie Rittmiller, SPHR, is an experienced professional in employee training and development, currently serving as a Sr. Training Partner at Clinisys since August 2021. In this role, Stephanie leads initiatives to design and implement learning programs organization-wide while collaborating with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify developmental needs. Previously, Stephanie held key positions at Ignite Medical Resorts as Director of Hospitality and at Afni, Inc. as a Sr. Talent Development Specialist and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included training leadership and managing HR functions. Throughout a diverse career in various nonprofit organizations, Stephanie gained valuable experience as a social worker in multiple capacities. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Iowa State University and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield.
