Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Clinithink ensures the seamless execution of software projects by coordinating across departments, managing timelines, and optimizing workflows using Agile methodologies. Comprised of the Senior Program Manager, Agile Delivery Lead and Scrum Master, and EA and Project Manager, the team facilitates effective communication, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery and support the implementation of Clinithink’s innovative Clinical Language Indexing (CLiX) software in healthcare applications.
