Diogo Vaz Ferreira is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving on the Management Board and as Accommodation Panel Chair at WYSE Travel Confederation since January 2024. With extensive experience leading commercial initiatives at Clink Hostels since September 2021, Diogo has held several key positions, including Head of Commercial, Head of Business Development, and Head of Revenue. Previous roles include General Manager at Accor, responsible for the pre-opening of a 4-star hotel, and Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy at Event Hotels. Diogo has also served as Commercial Director at Hilton Amsterdam and Cluster Director of Revenue for the Sofitel brand within Accor. Additional experience includes roles in revenue management and guest relations at various esteemed hotel chains. Diogo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Universidade de Coimbra, a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration from Glion Institute of Higher Education, and a recent certification in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.

Clink Hostels
Clink Hostels manages a network of privately owned backpacker hostels (with a total of 1,702 beds) located in Europe's best-loved cities. We currently operate two hostels in London, three in Amsterdam and have two under construction in Dublin & Lisbon. Our hostels are set in unique buildings and are located in central city locations. Each hostel has an area devoted to our ClinkCREATIVE program and social spaces that encourage interaction between guests, staff and the local community. We believe in fostering the social aspect of travel, and aim for Clink Hostels to act as a forum for ideas, experiences and simply, making new friends.
