Robert Wooten is an experienced professional with a strong background in emergency management and public safety. Since June 2012, Robert has served as the Director of Buildings and Grounds and Emergency Management Regional Planner for Clinton County, Michigan. Robert was also a key member of the Michigan Emergency Management Association from January 2014 to December 2017, holding the position of District 1 Liaison, where responsibilities included serving on the Board of Directors and engaging with various emergency management professionals. Additionally, Robert led the Clinton County Sheriff's Office Special Rescue Team as Commander from January 2014 to May 2017, overseeing a team dedicated to search and rescue efforts. Earlier experience includes roles at Michigan State University Police Department and Peaker Services, Inc.
