Cynthia Love currently serves as the Clinton County Prothonotary & Clerk of Courts since January 2020, following a diverse career in various nonprofit and government roles. With experience as a Notary Public since 2006 and as a PA Licensed Consultant and Peer Reviewer for the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations from January 2013 to January 2020, Cynthia has demonstrated strong expertise in nonprofit consultancy and grant writing, including work with CAL Funding Initiatives, LLC.
