Senior Manager, Health Equity at Clinton Foundation

Jenny Shapiro, MPH, currently serves as Senior Manager of Health Equity at the Clinton Foundation since May 2023. With a background in global health and development, Shapiro previously held the position of Program Manager at Premise Data from June 2018 to March 2023 and worked as a freelance consultant focusing on evaluation design and strategic planning from December 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, Shapiro contributed as a Qualitative Researcher at the Averting Maternal Death and Disability (AMDD) project while pursuing a Master's degree at Columbia University. Previous experiences also include roles as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, Healthy Policy Analyst at the Center for Research and Training on AIDS in Vietnam, English Teacher in Madrid, and Community Health Extension Agent with the Peace Corps in Guatemala. Shapiro holds a Master's degree in Population and Family Health from Columbia University and a dual Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and International Development Studies from UCLA.
