Zachary Katz currently serves as the Vice President of Child Health and Vice President of Essential Medicines at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., where leadership focuses on addressing pneumonia and diarrhea among children under five and overseeing oxygen and respiratory care during the COVID-19 response. Previously, Katz was the Chief Access Officer at FIND, defining the access strategy across various diseases and enhancing partnerships for diagnostic development. Katz also held several roles at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, including Senior Director of Diagnostic Services and Deputy Regional Director for Southeast Asia, where management responsibilities spanned demand and supply-side barriers to essential diagnostics. Early experience includes serving as Country Director in Cambodia and Country Coordinator in Papua New Guinea for the Clinton Foundation, along with fulfilling roles related to Holocaust reparations at the Claims Conference. Katz holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geological and Earth Sciences from Carleton College.
